If you're having problems setting up your e-mail account here are
a couple of things to try.

For Outlook Express set-up see illustrations below.

Open up Outlook Express, click on tools, then accounts,
then click on your email account to highlight it.
Then click on properties (on the right hand side)
Click on images to enlarge view

The box will then change to this view.

Click on the servers tab, & the box will then change to this view.

After clicking on the "Settings" tab on the right the box will then change to this view.

Check the box shown above and this might solve the problem you are having.
